2. Description of Service
SUNOKARTEL Tools Hub provides free, browser-based utilities for processing media files (audio, video, images), documents, and building micro-landing pages (e.g., the Social Media Bio Link Generator). Because processing occurs entirely on your device via WebAssembly and JavaScript, performance is dependent on your local hardware. High-volume resources like URL shortening and server redirections are routed via high-speed edge cloud networks.

Content Responsibility
You are solely and entirely responsible for the files and custom bio page configurations you create or process using our tools. -
Prohibited Usage
You agree not to use our tools to publish spam, illegal links, explicit phishing contents, or copyrighted material without the authorization of the respective owners. -
Daily Fair-Use Cap
To protect our edge cloud worker server quotas from abuse, we strictly enforce a daily quota cap of 10 link generations per IP/client browser. Circumventing this quota via API scripting, bots, or server scraping is strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate network ban.
4. Intellectual Property
The UI design, branding, and proprietary wrapper logic are owned by SUNOKARTEL. However, our tools are proudly powered by various open-source libraries (e.g., FFmpeg.wasm, pdf-lib, TensorFlow.js). These libraries remain under their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache, etc.).
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
All tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SUNOKARTEL makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of the output generated by the tools.
We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SUNOKARTEL be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profit, or device crashes resulting from heavy local processing) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools.
